The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to remove/demolish the encroachment and illegal construction over Gata Nos. 239, 243, 944 which is mentioned as Chak Marg, Banjar and Naveen Parti in the revenue records situated at Village Sahadatpur, Pargana Baraunsa, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur." 3.
