The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to take necessary action against illegal occupier who is making encroachment over the gata No. 267/0.043 hectare recorded as a Navin parti in revenue record situated at village Babhni Pragana Nanpara Tehsil Sadar District Bahraich in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated. 4.
