The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment done by the opposite party no.6 at Gata No. 877 area 0.1980 hectare, Village- Bharbharva (Moglaha) Paragana- Fakharpur Tehsil- Mahasi District-Bahraich" 3.
