The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : ""Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no. 1 to 4 to remove the illegal construction/occupation made by the opposite party no. 6 upon gata no. 1083 ka which is recorded as Banzar in revenue record, forthwith." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
