The present petition has been filed with the following prayers : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. Parties specially the opp. Party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of the Opp. Party No. 6 from the land gata No. 256/0.4700 hec.. which is recorded as pond in the revenue record situated at village Parewakhan pargana Tahsil and District Bahraich with immediate effect. (ii.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the Opp. party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of the encroachers from the land gata No. 348, 15, 211 & 150 which is recorded as Khalihan and land gata No. 218 & 258 which is recorded as Khad Gaddha, and from the land gata No. 66, 157, 48, 65, 84, 313, 73, 154, 258, 77, 82, 324, 152, 253, 32, 67
