This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner moved application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short, 'the Act') seeking to allege wrongdoing in shifting the connection of one Raj Kumar Singh from one feeder to another feeder. Whereafter, another complaint was made making allegations against specific persons working with the respondent Corporation. The respondent Corporation, formed a Committee for looking into the allegations made. The petitioner continued to make representations seeking action in relation to the shifting of connection from one feeder to another and now the present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to act on the co
