This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners inter alia seeking cancellation of notification dated 27.11.2009 issued under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in relation to land situated at Village Nayphal, Pargana Dasna, Tehsil and District Ghaziabad. 2. The land in question was acquired for setting up a Hi-tech Township at District Ghaziabad. 3.
