The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ, order or in the nature of mandamus commanding to opposite parties 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of Gata No. 1198Min./1198Ga which is recorded as Banzar which is situated in Village Bahadurpur, Pargana Barausa, Tehsil Baldirai, District Sultanpur." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that a final notice has already been given for removal of the offending constructions. 4. In view of the said, no further directions are required. It is expected that the State Authorities shall conclude the matter finally in accordance with law. 5.
