The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No.2 to remove enchroachment from plot no.728 khad Gaddha (compost pit), Gaon Sabha land, situated in Village Birauli jhaam, Tehsil Milkipur, Pragana- Khandasa, District- Ayodhya expeditiously within stipulated period in the interest of justice." 3. The Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
