Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 to take the decision on the representation dated 27-01-2025 moved by petitioner for eviction the illegal encroachment bearing Gata No. 908 measuring area 0.1630 Hect., recorded as Khad Gaddha situated at Village Gurudattganj, H/o-Juthipur, Tehsil-Gauriganj, District- Amethi, recorded in revenue records, which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that on measurement, no construction is found on the public utility land and the construction stood on
