Issue raised in the present writ petition is a very short one and it needs to be seen whether a Highest bidder can, as a matter of right, seek to have auction clinched in its favour. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the DDA whereby, its bid for plot in question1 has not been accepted. 3. DDA had come up with an e-auction. 4. Four Group Housing Plots were on offer on as is where is basis. 5. There were six bidders in all and the bid of the petitioner was found to be the highest one. 8.
