The complaint was filed alleging that the petitioners are the Directors and are managing the day-to-day affairs of the accused company, namely– M/s Jain MFG (India) Pvt. Ltd. It has been alleged in the complaint that a business transaction took place between the accused company and the complainant company, namely – M/s Shivaan Exports & Imports, in or around May, 2018, for the sale of import-export licenses whereby, it was agreed that 50% payment would be made by the accused company immediately on the date of invoice being issued by the
