The appellants, on account of the death of the deceased B. Maruthi Kumar, who died in an accident filed a claim petition vide M.V.O.P.No.4 of 2017 before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum- VI Additional District Judge, Kurnool (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’). The appellant No.1 is the father and appellant No.2 is the mother of B. Maruthi Kumar (hereinafter referred to as the ‘de
