No.402 of 2013 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum – IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool, one preferred by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation and the other by the AP State Road Transport Corporation (for short, ‘APSRTC’), questioning the award of compensation.
