The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: This Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the Insurance Company under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (herein after referred to as “M.V.Act”), challenging the Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Court, Kurnool, in MVOP No.53 of 2006, dated 05.07.2011, wherein and whereby the Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.64,725/- with interest at 9% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till the date of realization jointly and severally payable by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to deposit the compensation amount within 30 days. 2.
