The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the Order dated 15.05.2021, passed by the respondent no. 4 / Commandant, CISF, RTC, Deoli, whereby the petitioner was terminated from service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) during the period of probation on the ground of non- completion of the Basic Training Course for Constable (General Duty) due to medical unfitness. The petitioner was issued a provisional offer of appointment, vide letter dated 25.03.2017, for joining the post of Constable (General Duty) in the CISF under probation for 2 years, pursuant to his qualifying the examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission in this regard. Thereafter, the petitioner reported to the Regional Training Centre (RTC), Deoli on 16.05.2017, and the Basic Training for the new recruits was scheduled to commence on 22.05.2017. B. During the course of Basic Training, the petitioner, on 26.05.2017, reported at the CISF, RTC Hospital, Deoli on account of complaints pertaining to increased thirst and urination.
