The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the Order dated 15.05.2021, passed by the respondent no. 4 / Commandant, CISF, RTC, Deoli, whereby the petitioner was terminated from service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) during the period of probation on the ground of non- completion of the Basic Training Course for Constable (General Duty) due to medical unfitness. 2.
