O MANOHER REDDY The Court made the following JUDGMENT: (per NJS,J) At the time of considering the matter, Mr.K.Devi Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel representing the respondent/claimant submits that against the market value fixed in respect of the lands of some of the land- losers vide Award No.30 of 2006, dated 09.12.2006, reference for 2 LAAS_1003_2011 enhancement was sought, and in L.A.A.S. No.873 of 2011 and batch filed by the State, this Court was not inclined to interfere with the market value determined by the Reference Court. He placed a copy of the common judgment dated 19.9.
