This petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking the following prayers:- “(i) To quash and set aside the impugned order dated 16.09.2022 passed by the Ld. (iv) To declare the proceedings initiated against the petitioners for terminating their services as probationer as illegal and direct the respondents to continue their services as done in case of similarly placed persons appointed in OBC category.
