The relevant facts that emerged from the pleadings are as follows: The dispute arose from a land demarcation issue in Village Bhati, New Delhi. On 31.05.2013, one Satbir Singh Tanwar filed an application before the office of K.P. Suhag, the then Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Revenue Assistant (SDM/RA), Saket, asserting his bona fide ownership over a plot of land bearing Khasra no. 40, situated in Village Bhati, New Delhi.
