Petitioner had filed an application in the name of M/s Eye Sciences and had sought empanelment with CGHS for providing services to CGHS Holders. 2. His such request for empanelment was earlier rejected and the petitioner had filed W.P.(C) 8039/2022, which was disposed of by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2023 while directing the respondents to consider such application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks. 3. The present contempt petition has been filed seeking initiation of contempt proceedings with the averment that there is no decision, as yet. When the present petition was taken up on last date of hearing i.e. 20.12.2024, it was informed by learned Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India that certain additional documents had been sought from the petitioner and that a Screening Committee was going to be constituted which would take a decision in the month of January, 2025 itself. 5. It was in the above said backdrop that the petition was listed today for further consideration. 6.
