Petitioner had filed an application in the name of M/s Eye Sciences and had sought empanelment with CGHS for providing services to CGHS Holders. 2. His such request for empanelment was earlier rejected and the petitioner had filed W.P.(C) 8039/2022, which was disposed of by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2023 while directing the respondents to consider such application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks. 3.
