Since the present revision petition is filed against the I.A in the said suit, nothing survives to be adjudicated. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. _
