At the time of hearing it is represented by Sri Seelam Krishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the O.P.No.456 of 2016 was dismissed without costs. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
