When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that, the main EP No.218 of 2014 was dismissed on 23.12.2021. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
