When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main suit in O.S.No.05 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, was dismissed for default by order dated 27.06.2024. 3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
