When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that, the main suit in OS No.45 of 2014, on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle was dismissed on 12.03.2020. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
