When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that, the EP No.1 of 2013 in OS No.179 of 2007, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kavali was closed on 20.08.2019. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
