After the suit was decreed, the petitioner filed E.P.No.83 of 2018. 2. The petitioner has now approached this Court with a complaint that there has been an extraordinary delay in the disposal of the said execution petition, despite the passage of seven years. A copy of the docket 2 proceedings for the period from 14.11.2018 to 17.10.2024 has also been filed. 3.
