The present revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 03.02.2016 passed in IA No.32 of 2016 in IA No.986 of 1987 in OS No.798 of 1980, on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the cause in the revision petition does not survive, in as much as the final decree petition was dismissed for default. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. However, liberty is granted to
