Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is the accused in S.T.C.No.8 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur. A private complaint has been filed by 2nd respondent/ complainant for the offence under Section 138 of the N.I.Act as against the petitioner herein. Pending the complaint, the said S.T.C. has been transferred to Lok Adalat for compromise. But, the matter was not settled in Lok Adalat and referred back to the regular Court. On 08.12.2023, as the petitioner/accused was not present before the Court below, the matter was posted to 16.12.2023.
