THEHON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS CRL.R.C.No.744 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment dated 29.02.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2012 on the file of the XIII Additional District Judge, Gajuwaka confirming the judgment, dated 22.12.2011 passed in C.C.No.171 of 2006 by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka, wherein the accused was convicted for the offences under Sections 408 and 477-A of IPC. 2. Heard Sri S.S.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. 3. The Inspector of Police, Malkapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam City intimated to the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Sate that the petitioner/accused died on 14.01.2019 and the same was recorded. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
