THEHON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS CRL.R.C.No.635 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision was filed by the petitioner/1st respondent against the judgment, dated 21.12.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.55 of 2015 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool which was allowed in part modifying the order dated 05.01.2015 passed in D.V.C.No.2 of 2014 by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (For Prohibition & Excise), Kurnool. 2. Heard Sri V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner/1st respondent and Ms. P. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 3rd respondent-State. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner/1st respondent died on 12.08.2017 and she also filed death extract which was recorded. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
