THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Crl.R.C.No. 604 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioner/appellant against the judgment dated 07.12.2015 in Crl.A.No.384 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry, wherein the learned Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District has confiscation of 25% of the seized stock to the Government under Section 6-A of E.C.Act, 1955 by the Joint Collector-cum- Additional District Magistrate in Reference No.V10/CS/314/2013, dated 22.09.2014. 2. Heard Sri N. Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. P. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N. Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the petitioner intends to withdraw the revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4.
