THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Crl.R.C.No. 577 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the Petitioner/Accused against the judgment dated 09.02.2016 in Crl.A.No.173 of 2015 on the file of the learned XIV Additional Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, wherein the learned Sessions Judge has dismissed the appeal confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court in C.C.No.312 of 2014, dated 01.07.2015. 2. Heard Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 and Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.2-State. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the petitioners intends to withdraw the revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
