THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 471 of 2018 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners against the order, dated 09.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1449 of 2017 in C.C.No.159 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajapathinagaram, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners, under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., requesting to discharge the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 for the offence punishable under Sections 509 and 506 read with 34 IPC, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, the main case i.e., C.C.No.154 of 2018 was disposed on 20.03.2019, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
