THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case Nos. 433 and 463 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Cases are filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 against the order, dated 18.12.2015 in Crl.M.P.Nos.68 and 69 of 2015 in C.C.No.3 of 2014 passed by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nellore, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., requesting to discharge them, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, the main case i.e., C.C.No.3 of 2014 was disposed on 09.11.2018, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision cases does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, these two Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
