The petitioner is accused in Sessions Case No.239 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Kurnool, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity ‘IPC’). 3.
