THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS I.A.No.1 of 2025 IN/AND Crl.R.C.No. 218 of 2018 JUDGMENT: The petitioners/accused and Respondent No.2 are present and they stated before this Court that they have settled the matter before the elders and the respondent No.2/complainant also filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 seeking to permit compound the offence. She further categorically stated that the entire cheque amount has been paid and by the accused received by the same. 2. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered and consequently this revision is disposed of. The conviction and sentence passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsapur in C.C.No.289 of 2012, which was confirmed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Narsapur in Crl.A.No.227 of 2015, is hereby set aside and the petitioners/accused are accordingly acquitted under Section 255(1) Cr.P.C.
