NOTE 04. 20.6.2025 Dr. VJP, J I.A.No.01 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that while granting bail to the petitioners vide orders in Crl.P.No.968 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025, a condition was imposed directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday in between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm till filing of charge sheet. Charge sheet in this case is not filed and hence prays to relax the condition to the extent that instead of Station House Officer the petitioner may appear before the Court concerned. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. In that view, the petition is allowed to the extent of appearance of the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate Court instead of Station House Officer.
