1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 919 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.51 of 2024 of Gangaraju Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 15.11.2024, at about 09.00 hours, on credible information about illegal possession and transportation of ganja, the Station House Officer of G.Madugula Police Station, Alluri Sitharamaraju District, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to Nurmathi Village Junction, Nurmathi Panchayat, G.Madugula Mandal, and found two persons coming in Mahindra Commander Jeep bearing registration No.AP 39 GK 4609.
