Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the proceedings of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kakinada dated 31.12.2019, wherein it is stated that after completion of investigation, the case was referred as ‘mistake of fact’ vide C.No.985/PR
