Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Pamur Police Station dated 02.02.2025, wherein it is stated that after due investigation the Police has filed a charge sheet on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri against A1 on 18.09.2022 and the same is awaited for numbering.
