PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A-3, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.170 of 2024 of Devanakonda Police Station, Kurnool district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2) and 326(g) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya 2 Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(iv) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.
