PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 by the Petitioners/A.2 to A.4 seeking quashment of the Proceedings in CC No.300 of 2022 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri, Prakasam District, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. When the matter is taken up, Sri V.Ramesh, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that on the intervention of elders, A.1 and respondent No.2 are living together and that no orders are required.
