Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions dated 25.02.2025, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakallu Police Station, NTR District, wherein it is stated that pending the present petition, the Police, after due investigation have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.2376 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021, on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Jaggaiahpet and the case was in pre-trial stage. 3.
