Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Markapur Town Police Station, wherein it is stated that after due investigation the Police has filed charge sheet on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Markapur and the same is numbered as C.C.No.703 of 2019. 3.
