Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Dharmajigudem Police Station wherein it is stated that after due investigation a charge sheet was filed on 20.08.2021 and the calendar case number is awaited from the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chintalapudi. 3. In view of the above instructions, as investi
