Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, filed a memo on behalf of the prosecution in Crime No. 229 of 2024, stating that the said case has been merged with Crime No. 66 of 2022 of Thullur Police Station, as two cases arise out of the same incident. 3.
