The brief facts of the case are as follows:- (i) The de facto complainant filed a report on 19.02.2020, alleging that he had purchased Ac.1.70 cents in Sy.No.7/5 of Narava Village through Document No.4563/2007 (SRO Gajuwaka) on 10.09.2007 and had been in possession since then.
