When the petition came up for hearing on 30.04.2021, this Court has passed the following order: “In these circumstances, the investigation may go on. However, in view of the fact that there is no prima-facie case, as of now, against the petitioner. The investigation may go on without summoning the petitioner or taking any coercive steps against the petitioner up to 30.06.2021.” 3.
