THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 1943 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking bail, in Crime No.113 of 2024 of K.D.Peta, Police Station, Anakapalle District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 04.10.2024, the accused were found in possession of 181 kgs of ganja at A.K.Puram village, Alluri Park, Golugonda Mandal. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of mediators report. The accused nos.2 to 5 were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5.
